Gnarley Nick is a 24-year-old Hip Hop artist from Raleigh, NC. He started playing music at the age of fourteen, writing songs and doing vocals in a hardcore punk band called The Obtruders. Being involved in a street lifestyle though he grew up around just as much hip hop as he did punk rock but freestyling with friends was as far as he took it at that time. At the age of nineteen, he started becoming more focused on writing rhymes and became more serious about the craft. He still currently plays drums in a sludge metal band called Shadows Life but is much more invested in his Hip Hop endeavors.
